TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All payments are made by direct deposit. Please note to secure your booking it is essential you pay the nominated deposit or payment in full. Full payment is required 2 weeks before arrival.
• Where cancellation of a booking is requested a minimum of 14 days notice must be given to ensure your payment is returned less a $50 administration fee. When cancellation of a long weekend (3 nights) is requested a minimum 28 days notice is required. Where less than 2 weeks notice of cancellation ( 4 weeks for long weekend) is given we will endeavour to rebook the cottage. If we are able to do so your payment will be returned in full less an administration fee.
• Loss or damage to property must be covered.
• Where a booking is requested over a Thursday and Friday weekend rates will apply.
• Minimum 3 night stay on Long Weekends.
